Humidity Control

The humidity here has been hovering around 9-10% for the past three days. When it's that dry, my paintings dry too fast, and they crack. I had just finished six new paintings when the humidity dropped, and I didn't want to lose them. So I draped the drying rack with wet canvas, and plugged in my small drugstore humidifier. It's working surprisingly well! I haven't lost one painting yet, with only one day left to go. We're supposed to get rain tomorrow and through the weekend, and then they should be OK.
